About this Course

Issaquah Parks & Community Services is excited to partner with PRODEPORTE WA volleyball summer camps at the Issaquah Community Center with Coach Octavio Medina and staff! Coach Octavio has over 34 years of volleyball experience and is a well decorated athlete including several college championships and international play, where he was selected to represent Mexico in World Cup qualifiers and other world competitions. He led his 2023 high school team to a second in state placement this past year as well. With 10+ years of coaching, he’s very passionate to pass his knowledge of volleyball on in the PNW. This volleyball camp will help reinforce and hone-in on fundamentals of volleyball through basic movements, games and drills focused on serving, spiking, passing, blocking, offensive and defensive strategies. *This class is geared toward ages 8-12 year olds who are beginners or intermediate players. Summer Camp Refund Policy *$40 Deposit is Non-Refundable. *A 50% refund is granted if requested within two weeks of the first day of camp. (Excluding the non-refundable $40 deposit.) *No refunds or credits will be granted on or after the first day of camp.
